Return and Refund Policy

At GRAND LONDON, we want you to feel confident when shopping with us. If something is not right, we have made our return and refund process clear and straightforward.

1) Return eligibility

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and unwashed
  • All original tags and packaging must be intact
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

Items returned without prior approval or sent to an address not provided by us will not be accepted.

2) Non-returnable items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Underwear, swimwear, and socks (for hygiene reasons)
  • Personalized or custom-made items
  • Gift cards or store credit
  • Items showing signs of wear, damage, or washing

Any exceptions will always be clearly stated on the product page.

3) How to start a return

  • Your order number
  • The name used on the order
  • The reason for the return
  • Photos (if the item is defective or incorrect)

Once your return request is approved, we will provide the return address and detailed instructions. Returns sent without approval will not be processed.

4) Return shipping

  • For returns due to change of mind, size issues, or personal preference, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

If the return is due to an error on our part (wrong, damaged, or defective item), we will cover the return shipping costs or provide an appropriate solution at no additional cost.

5) Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.

Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days and issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund.

6) Exchanges

Changed your mind or need a different size, color, or product ? No problem - we're happy to help with exchanges.

To request an exchange, please contact us at contact@grand-london.com with your order number and details about the item you'd like to exchange. Our team will guide you through the exchange process and provide the return instructions.

7) Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide clear photos of the issue.

We will offer a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost.

8) Order cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase, provided the order has not yet been processed or shipped.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and must be returned after delivery in accordance with this policy.

9) Late or missing refunds

If you have not received your refund:

  • Check with your bank or payment provider
  • Allow sufficient processing time
  • Contact us if more than 15 business days have passed since refund approval

10) Statutory rights

This policy does not affect your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws.
